Day rentals available, pick up at open and return 15 minutes before close. Multi-day and hourly rentals are not available at this time.

E-Bike Rental Rate: $120 + 5% tax
Additional Smart Helmet Rental: $30 /helmet

Explore the scenic roads and trails of Victoria, enjoy easy access to the Lochside and Galloping Goose Trails to ride out to Sidney or Downtown. Or go for an adventure on the numerous other trails nearby.

Renters are prohibited from transporting the bikes by vehicle and are asked to ride directly from the store.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes, the Serial 1 Rush/CTY have a weight limit of 220lbs / 100kg.

Are there age restrictions?

Yes, in BC e-bike riders must be a minimum of 16 years old. Riders under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can a child seat be added on the rack? Can I take a passenger or tow a trailer?

Unfortunately not, the racks on the Serial 1 Rush/CTY e-bikes are not suitable for carrying a passenger and otherwise trying to carry a passenger or tow a trailer is prohibited in the rental contract.

Are there trails close by?

Yes! There are lots of trail riding opportunities close by, however all will require some amount of road riding to get to them. These are usually quieter local roads and the busier ones do have bike lanes.

Can I pick up the bikes later?

If you are unable to pick up the bikes as we open please get in touch with us and make us aware of what time you expect to arrive, we will do our best to accommodate you. As rentals are not the primary focus of our business arriving later in the day may cause delays in sending you out.

I don’t need the bike for the full day, can I return it early?

Early returns are certainly permitted if you don’t have enough time in your schedule to continue riding or you’ve simply done all the riding you want to do, however there is no refund for early return.

I’m renting to ride with someone on their own bike, can we rent an additional Sena helmet to talk while we ride?

Yes you can! Just select “Sena Extra” from the extras section. And don’t forget to select what helmet sizes you need.

The Broadmead Village parking lot is restricted to 3 hours maximum, at this time we are unable to offer day parking passes and customers are suggested to park in one of the on street parking areas on Chatterton Way near Broadmead Village.

Bikes are to be returned 15 minutes prior to closing. A late fee of $20/person will be charged for every 15 minutes late that bikes are returned.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation but will not be charged, payment will be made in store on day of rental.

If you require to cancel your rental, you may do so by phone or email with a minimum 24 hour notice without penalty.

Cancellations made in less than 24 hours, but during business hours the day prior to the reservation will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of their rental total. This will be charged to the credit card provided at checkout.

Cancellations made after hours of the day prior to the reservation, or “no shows” will be charged the full amount of the rental to the card provided at checkout.

If your rental is booked for Tuesday and you need to cancel on Monday please do so by email.

The personalized combination lock allows you to secure the bike(s) so you can enjoy the view, a cup of coffee or a bite to eat, with your own easy to remember combination.

The small storage bag will hold the lock and is also ideal for other small personal items.
