Wireless Intercom and Audio
Sena Snowtalk 2 makes it easy to keep in touch with friends or family while on the mountain. Snowboarders and skiers can now speak to each other using Sena’s Bluetooth® communication technology.
The Sena Snowtalk 2 Bluetooth headset is designed to be installed into most ear pads of snowboard or ski helmets. Effortlessly talk with up to a total of four Sena Bluetooth headsets without the need for any cell phone/data.
You can also pair to your phone and take phone calls or just vibe out to your playlists through the wireless speakers.
4-Way Bluetooth Intercom
The Bluetooth® 4.1-powered intercom works similar to a walkie-talkie. You’ll have a range of up to 700-meters (760 yards), and the USB-C rechargeable battery provides up to 6.5 hours of talk-time.
Once connected, the Bluetooth intercom is full-duplex, meaning no “push-to-talk” required…just start talking to each other! The included external microphone easily fastens to your helmet straps, and Sena’s Advanced Noise Control™ helps cut out the wind noise when you’re charging down the hill talking to your friends.
You can connect up to four headsets with standard intercom sound quality or if it’s just two of you, bump it up to HD intercom quality. If you’re on a solo mission for the day, you can unplug the mic and just run the speakers for your music.
Easy Control
The glove-friendly three button design allows for simple access to headset controls while on the move. You can tap the button on the right to answer a phone call, or turn your volume up/down with the two buttons on the left. And Sena provides users with the Sena Outdoor App for both iPhone and Android, giving even more ways to access functions and settings. You can even pair to other headsets by simply scanning the app-generated QR codes when you use the app’s Smart Intercom Pairing feature!

The helmet is very comfortable and the intercom works great. Great product and a fair price.
This was a huge step up from my previous E-bike (Jetson Bolt Pro). Its a very smooth ride, and has enough power to keep me moving. I have the expanded battery, and I estimate that going full speed I can get around 60km, (20km is roughly 1/5 bars of power). With pedaling at a slower speed I suspect I could probably get anywhere on the island as unless I am going uphill it sits between 15-30 watts.
I plan to add a GPS Tracker, and a seat post Shock upgrade (I'm a fairly heavy person and the seats springs are not quite enough, its comfy but I find myself bottoming out on it).
Everything about the bike is basically perfect so Its probably easier if I mention the things I disliked.
The first quirk (Which I was aware of at the time of purchase), because the battery has a key that cuts off the power fully, the display clock cannot keep time.
The second quirk, is the handlebar is very curved. This makes it a bit of a challenge to attach handle bar accessories.
Finally the third is related to the headlight and brake light. I find that these lights just are not powerful enough, I would want about 30-50% more brightness out of the front headlight, and at least double the rear light. On a side note I am not a huge fan of the single screw headlight mounts (Although the one on this bike feels tight enough, I have found that overtime they get looser and the light will not stay in position).
All in all, The bike is amazing but be prepared to purchase a better headlight, and brake light.
This bike is truly amazing. The ride is smooth with its incredible suspension. The twist throttle is easy to operate and the motor packs a punch. This bike is a joy to ride in all weathers. Looking for something a little different, I couldn’t recommend this bike enough, and it’s certainly an eye catcher.
They came fast and where the right size. Even got a discount on delivery because I live in Campbell River.

We bought R1 helmets 3 years ago and we love the product. We bought new one because we decided to leave our old helmet in France instead of carry them each year when we go to our home.
If you love cycling you need those helmets.
Wife and I use these almost on a daily basis since we are retired and biking for most of our shopping and going around. Works very good. Range is not that much but certainly enough for what we are doing.

We are really happy with these devices. They sit comfortably on the head and do not interfere at all.
Intercom distance no issue with if you are in line-of-sight off your partener. Talk time is estimated at 6 hours, the recharge is typically 1-2 hours. But it not easy to make the set up, ignore the Sena Utility app it not working.
Setup requirements for good working :
- Use a laptop with a USB port
- Full charge the Sena units
- Download and install the Sena Device Manager on your computer.
- Update the firmware 1.0.2 April 5, 2023 with the Sena Device Manager.
- Download The Sena Cycling App that allows you to create and manage intercom
Overall we are very happy with these it is a great product.
They are extremely easy to use, we are very satisfied with the in operation. It is more than recommended, it is essential since it completely changes our bike trips, allowing perfect communication at all times
We got our headsets fastly they came through quickly (about three days), very good service with our supplier Ride the Glide, precises informations and transparency make the difference !

So far so good. It was my rear tire. I had to find someone local in my area that could do the change out. Definitely out of my area of expertise.
Over all I give this scooter five stars it’s extremely fast and very smooth on and off road
