April 2018 is bringing lots of awesome changes and improvements! A new storefront, and a new and improved warranty! We are super excited to announce that as of April 1st we will be implementing an expanded two year warranty, up from one year, and offering an extended third year of warranty. This brings us in line with some of the top electric bike companies in the world, without the sticker shock! Just one more way we are putting our customers first.

And we haven’t forgotten about all of our previous customers. All previous customers who purchased under our 1 year warranty will be grand fathered into the new 2 year warranty and given 30 days decide to purchase the third year extended warranty. All future customers will receive the two year warranty and 30 days to decide to purchase the third year extended warranty.

Two Year Expanded Warranty

  • 2 years of coverage

  • Against manufacturers defects

  • Transferable with $50 transfer fee

  • Repair or replace faulty part

  • Replace the e-bike if the e-bike can not be satisfactorily fixed after a reasonable number of attempts (as determined by Ride the Glide)

  • Free unlimited tune-ups for the first year

Optional Third Year Extended Warranty

  • 3 years of coverage

  • Against manufacturers defects

  • Transferable with $50 transfer fee

  • Repair or replace faulty part

  • Replace the e-bike if the e-bike can not be satisfactorily fixed after a reasonable number of attempts (as determined by Ride the Glide)

  • Guaranteed a minimum of 1 replacement battery

  • Biannual service included and required to maintain coverage

  • Extra 10% off parts a wearables

  • 20% off additional service
